Ruth is based at The Beauty Barn in Haddenham, Aylesbury but can also travel to you through Bucks, Beds, Herts and Oxon.

Reiki is a safe, gentle, non invasive form of natural, energy based healing. Reiki soothes, comforts, reduces stress, relieves pain, accelerates healing and brings an overall sense of well-being and peace to the client.
Sessions last for about an hour and clients remain fully clothed during their Reiki session.
